XaraX for sale at australian site

I was searching for ways to buy the downloadable upgrade to version 5 of my favorite web editor ( the www.namo.com site makes you go to www.jasc.com which wants you to phone to upgrade ... blah!) and I found this australian site. You'll note that it sells Xara products which is interesting news.

Sorry this isn't really XaraX related but since I mentioned the site already ( [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img] ), does anyone know of any reason why I couldn't buy the downloadable (ESD) upgrade from these people in Australia even though I'm in Canada (I have cable modem so content shouldn't take long to download).

PS - With regards to that site selling Xara X: Xara Ltd. has been inking similar deals with numerous suppliers. Expect to see more of that...
