Article about Flash tools mentions AI 10, Canvas 8, & Xara X as illustration tools that export to .swf format. Flash 5 was the Editor's Choice (what a surprise) for creating movies, but Swish 2.0 also got good remarks.

XX staring to get a little visibility? Hope so. I emailed the reviewer the last time they reviewed illustration tools and didn't mention XX. Never got a response, but maybe someone took a look.

PC Magazine has reviewed Xara in the past, but when it was a Corel branded product. Louisa Simone who does the graphics reviews was pretty postitive about it.
