The How To? Apple Mac OS X Jellies / Translucent Aqua Buttons thread has been on of the best in TalkGraphics.Com history! At the time I write this, it has 56 posts - many of which have graphics attachments. No doubt it that thread is getting pretty big for those with slow modems. I suspect it is appropriate to start a second thread where ideas about creating "jellies" and such can continue.
To get the thread started, I post my attempt at transparent block lettering. The blue letters were developed using 57 objects. I suspect someone might will be able to get better results with fewer objects. I sure hope so because this attempt has taken 2.5 hours. I'd love to have an easier way to get the effect.
