If you have Norton Anti Virus or Norton firewall installed or any viurs protection of firewall you must disable them first and then try the download, I'm sure this will work.

I try all helps i find (from xara)and also from you.
The mess. is " Webstyle has encouted an erro whith communicating whit serve. Unexpecded error (0x80040155)
My connection is dsl. I try whith recular connection and works.
