    I was experimenting with bump maps and alpha maps, and this is one result. Rendered in Vue d'Esprit (as usual [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img] )

    I realy LOVE the second one... seem to be alien trees in a strange world. Very pleasant to my eyes ;-)

    I say that because the first one seems more realistic to me on some level and the other is more fantastical.

    I agree with Renaud that they both have the "alien tree formation" thing going for them but the first has a more realistic feel to it!!
