    Hello,

I have created a circular pillar type coloum.

I have done this by using the letter 'L' an the font 'Wingdings', increased the extrusion to 800 and rotated 0":0":90".

I am using a sandstone type texture.

    My problem is....
The pillar graphic has the texture of the sandstone on the top and bottom which is out of view becasuse of rotation, and it has the distorted side type texture on the pillar colum.

How can I make the actual texture itself show on the side instead of the 'distortation' because I want the pillar to look sandstone.

    Regards
    Fess

I believe this is one of Xara3D's limitations. Side textures are still applied to the top and bottom so altho you can have 2 different textures I'm afraid the sides will still just be elongated bitmaps. Sorry I can't help further.

Could you post a screen shot so we can see exactly what the problem is?
