Wrap around Nav Bar

I wanted to know how to edit Xara to make the navigation bar actually wrap around an image.. for example if the image is in the center of the page and you want to have rollovers around it that foldout the menu as you rollover them is there a way to separate the menu bar to do this?? Any suggestions?
