if you mean xtreme should have transparency [alpha] as an attribute of color - that is define the colours RGBA as is the case with inkscape and toon boom for example, rather than just RGB - then I would like that a lot

it would mean any color on a fill gradient could be given transparency directly and independently of the others on the same gradient, and that would certainly simplify and speed up some coloring tasks

not that there is anything wrong with the xtreme transparency tool - I don't see this as in any way a replacement....

Hi All

My mean that when import a raster image and have a background color. I want a set transparent color tool like in Ms Office and some other programs.

mehdi eraser classic is the way to do this in xtreme

this is found by selecting your raster image, clicking the live effects tool, then

new > mehdi > eraser classic

use the dropper to select from the preview window the color you wish to erase [make transparent] and click ok [you may need to make other adjustments]

[if the background is white there are other ways too]
