Transparent Background

As Bill and Gary already said, exporting a transparent PNG image with Xara Xtreme is easy:

• Open your drawing with Xara Xtreme
• Open the Export dialog (CTRL+E)
• Choose a filename and PNG as file format
• Choose "Palette options" -> "Color depth" -> "True color + Alpha"
• Choose "Options" -> "Transparent"

But you know, that the MS Internet Explorer V6.x isn't able to show the transparency of PNG files (there are rumors on the net, that the next Version of MS Internet Explorer supports transparent PNG's). The Firefox browser supports transparent PNG images well. If you're interested to see the differences between the browsers, open the attachment with a transparent PNG testsite in both browsers.
