Yep, a perfume bottle, whose design I'd had in my head in 1995 but wasn't able to visualize until recently, because computer graphics were tool-poor and slow compared to Xara and today.

It's one of my few 3D designs for packaging and I even sculpted it out of Play Doh for an early reference,

Couldn't get sharp corners for the life of me.

But the Play Doh miniature did have a distinctive smell to it.

    Thanks, Ron,

    Gary

You must have looked funny with your head in a perfume bottle.

    Default Instant Art

It has been 30 years since I last had ad advertising copywriter ask me something demeaning, or just plain anal:

"Hey, there, Gare...I need some Instant Art!"

"Can you do a quickie sketch for my presentation in 10 minutes?"

"I got a good one for you...'how many art directors does it take..."

If anyone by 2017 still believes you can get Art•On•Tap, go to the supermarket and buy a keg.

    Tapped out,

    Gary

I'm glad you kept that in your head since 1995, Gary. That's what you call vintage thoughts, aged like wine.
As always love your creative work my friend.

Sad to say, gray, that now with computers (as opposed t, say, 1975), my time around this ball of dirt will be way shorter than my Bucket List of graphical and musical ideas.

Maybe I shouldn't be sad to say :)

    I plan to live forever!

    So far, so good...

Default About a decade before I was born...

This is a fairly simple abstract, Period drawing, with bevels, and then some distressing done in Filter Forge.
