Reminds me of one I did recently to sell as Microstock. It's not setting the world on fire but I've sold a few copies.

I had a quick go at the 'Glowing Textured Orb' tutorial TimS posted for me (and others) in this thread: Reworked Image.

After following the tutorial and making a single orb, I decided to dissect it and re-do it with a variety of named colors and associated shades. The result was a boodle of glowing orbs seated at the theater waiting for the main attraction.

How can I keep my flash file (above globe) in tact but remove all the excess blue area? I just want a small boxed area surrounding the globe to show.

Also, can I use a flash file for my avatar? If so, how?

Brilliant Ron, absolutely brilliant. I'd love to know how you created that.

Just one small criticism. The front and back are out of sync. You can still see the countries on the back (i.e Australia, South America and Africa) when they are visible on the front.
