Sometimes our emails can go into the spam or junk folder, you can log onto the support system to view all emails that have been sent and receieved by going to http://support.xara.com, log onto your account and then click "my tickets".
As Steve as said, please see this troubleshooter under "Designer and Xtreme Products" > "Web Designer & Web Designer Premium V11" > "I wish to activate and register the program" > "I am unable to activate my software", as they have a few steps and some services in windows for you to look at:

Please note there are two types of error code -1, one when installing and one when activating, this is for activation only.
If you still can't activate, try booting in safe mode and activating there:

Unfortunately V11 doesn't have any offline activation methods so if you still can't activate we can offer you a refund. Please send us a ticket if you can't activate and we'll reply (we suggest monitoring the support system for a response).
