Every Avatar tells a story?

Well, I rarely change mine, but, my first avatar reflected my interest in magic and I wanted something to tie my screen name and avatar together. My current avatar grew out of my attempt at making a sphere. I like this one better because unlike the first it is not animated, has more color, and seems peaceful.

My avatar is my alter ego I guess - it's one of my gnurf characters painting on canvas. I should actually change it to a character scribbling with an ink pen on paper, but I've been too lazy making one

Mine is one of my eyes although I do have two.

Like Geminiguy, I can't actually remember what my earlier one looked like. It seems like I've been using the eye for a long long time. It is a window to my soul -- even though none of us have souls but that's another topic.
