Vertical Position of Animated GIF

Hi All,
I've created an animated gif from text that rotates in a circle vertically. It rotates 3 times then stops. When it stops it doesn't end up perfectly up and down. It starts in a 90 degree position but doesn't end that way. Any hints on what to do?
