I hate ad banners, but that's just me.
I think that the smoky gray cloud thing behind the text is very distracting.
I didn't have time to look at anything except the Home page.

"elecronic cracker" ... hehe ... I like the idea of the cracker plugged into the interface ...thats funny (makes me think of that old song "mellow yellow ... "electrical banana" ... hehe).
Perhaps the grey haze and the choice of font colour make the text a little faint-ish to read.
I too would like to see the whole interface moved up and the banner ad not where it is. I guess it's just me too.
