    ?
    first i choose an empty DinA4 page.
    i take two guides from the top and the left to cross them in the middle of the page.
    than move the ruler zero point to this crossing of the guides. and it snap to them.

    if i zoom very close i can see that this zero point does not fit to the magnetic guides.
    you can even choose the properties of each guid to see this.
    And its getting worse if you choose a scaling factor (i have to) 1:20... .

    So how to snap the zero point to guides and objects EXACTLY ???

    If you Zoom in to the maximum before setting the zero point it should work.

    You can also use the Guide Layers Properties to create your guide lines.

    Right click on the screen rulers and select Guide Layer Properties and then enter the exact units for your vertical and then your horizontal guide lines.

    If you zoom in at 500% the guides will be in the exact place.

    even if i zoom to the maximum (25601%)
    i can't snap the zero point to the guides or
    object.
    at the scale 1:15 there is at
    X 0,18cm
    Y 0,15cm
    difference.

    ok i can Right click on the screen rulers and select Guide Layer Properties and then enter the exact units for your vertical and then your horizon........
    but this no solution.

    i think if it snap to somewhatever, it should snap exactly.
    or is it a bug?

    anyhow, execute this (nachvollziehen) this?
    do the same with the same result?

    Under options on the menu - on the mouse tab set the 'snap to' radii to 0. You will then need to be very precise but when the snap icon appears it will be snapping exactly.

    the magnetic snap radii, makes no difference.

    this can't be true.
    choose a scale factor 1:20 ore higher.

    -make a rectangle,
    -snap to guides and objects,
    -drop the zero point to the left bottom corner of the scare
    -then mark the objekt
    X = 0,24
    Y = 0,17

    this should be zero !!

    so, what is wrong !!!
