How can I get NavBars to open in body(frame)in front page? I had try but it open in a new side.

I do not use FP, but I have picked up several bits and pieces. Install MM after install of FP. Open FP, then from one of the pulldowns, insert MM, and MM will open and you can play to your hearts content.

Frames are not the best idea. Search engines have trouble indexing framed sites. Your menu will also not drop down over the break between frames. So you still will have wasted space.
