Moving Lights in xyz direction instead of rotating them

I know this a huge stretch, but is Xara 3D ever going to allow for the option to move light in any which way linearly as opposes to focusing everything to a single point and rotating them around it.

Many time, since this program deals with text, the text can get somewhat long widht wise, that is characters, especially for buttons. And so there are to many shadows on the other characters in relation to the center characters.
