I used Superman as my model, as you can tell. I was in a crunch to get it done.
How do you mean 'The Super "S" is too spot on as well.'?

but the one for SuperGuy is almost a pure copy of the Superman logo, I don't think DC will go for that my friend.

I think your work is exceptional! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif but also the boot design caught my eye as well. It's OK, I think, to do a parady of the characters as long as there is not TO many similarities making the work looking like you just copied it bit by bit.
