I love it - the colours are excellent. But why is there a small blue fish in the bottle 4th from left? A fishy liqueur perhaps. Whatever, it would make a great card or party invitation - Penny
just got back from holidays and trying to catch up on all the work thats been posted. And then I saw this which stopped me in my tracks. Splendid image. You know I like this so much I'm lost for words. So how about if I ditch the superlatives and just say "good one" and you know what I mean.

Tao - I greatly admire your use of colour. You use such bold saturated colours yet achieve soft mood-evoking effects. This image is very beautiful.
My mother collects antique glass bottles etc. and puts them on glass shelves in the windows. Your scene could look very much one of her window sills except most of hers are blue/green/violet.

I really like the effect.
one and all. Color is great...Penny it does look like a fish, it is supposed to be my way of showing my abandonment in painting. You know the non-attached artist that can splash paint over his painting. Anyway I am so non-attached I throw fish at my paintings. No when I do a watercolor I like lots of water and runny paint dripping everywhere and open edges, thats what I attempted here........thanks tao
You know, when I drew with airbrush I sometimes dropped color on a picture. Sometimes my doughtier touched the drops with here finger. Sometimes any fly glue with it. I was so-o-o sad but it looks so alive.
... a LOT of color in this one, Tao!
All the colors make me feel warm... and thirsty!
I will start keeping my empties from now on!
Great stuff!
