Below are links to my proposed home page and a second page for logo design. The first page have examples of rollover which I have not prepared as yet. Thanks for any feedback and suggections.

Hi GA...

I find the text a bit hard to focus on, especially on the first example simply because the swirlies pulled on my eyes...

Speaking of the first example, which I believe is to be the home page?... you really don't need a home page link on the home page...

I do like the colors and lean towards liking the second example the best...

The first example is a representation of the home (I will remove "HOME" and probably replace it with a "search" button). The second page was meant to be a page to go to from the home page with the color underlines under my business name "The Original Organization" and "LOGO DESIGN" to be color keyed to the button color. All the open area on the logo page is yet to be designed but will link to other logo examples possibly using a photo album approach. Other pages would also be color keyed to their button color.

I very much like the way you did The Original Organization logo thing. You should raise the letters just a bit or make the drop shadow fall a bit shorter, because the shadow falls OFF of the color band behind it, or right on the bottom edge. If I were doing it, I'd have the drop shadow fall just short of the bottom of the color band. The logo would be easier to read if you raised it a bit, too.

Keep in mind that all-caps are more difficult to read than lowercase letters. It is tempting to use all caps in logos, but logos are much easier to read if only the first letters are capitalized.
They are much easier to REMEMBER, too, if they are not in all-caps.

The swirly buttons draw too much attention, IMO.
I'd ditch those or use less contrasty shades to de-emphasize the swirls a bit. I don't know if you are stuck on swirlies, but I'd try different button styles if I were you.

The lettering below the buttons are touched upon by the drop shadows of the buttons. Lower the button labels a bit, to get them out of the shadows.

You have a very good start. Just keep trying some variations and showing them to this forum, and you'll soon develop something that will look great!
