Off-hand, I would suggest is Baskerville Oblique or Baskerville Old Face.

As Far as I can see only the J is out and could be baseline shifted.

Possibly Image Club Graphics' version of Century Oldstyle Bold. My ICG's disk has the bold, not Bold Italic. So the below was manually skewed.
