PROBLEM WITH XARA 19 AND MOBILE VERSION

I have no problem with supplying my design file how do i do that, that would be great if you could look. ?

and put a folder called m in my public_html folder and uploaded a mobile size site with this code in the header, but its still not showing

Sean, click Reply then the Go Advanced button.
The toolbar then shows a paperclip Attachments button.
Click that and pick your design file.
