web animation vrs pop up properties

I have a single state (button) which presents a pop up layer with links.
I'd like the mouse to reveal the pop up upon rollover rather than a click. This setting appears to me in the web animation menu.
Are the pop up layer properties completely separate from the animation mouse properties? Do they conflict at all?

Bill, Web Animation is right.
The issue you will have is the pop-up will only appear when the mouse is over the button and the pop-up will close when you move away.
