    I already did all that.. cache and Cntrl-F5.... I am disappointed that the link didn't work. The 'buttons' work fine on the main variant and I know that it leaves the site.... but they (the church) use the back button to return to the site.... I will use your suggestion now to fix that.

    Link: https://www.transfernow.net/dl/20240130PTPC4ux9 Hopefully this one works!

    see what the mobile variant does differently than the Main Variant.
    This is crazy.... it's been just over two weeks since it began and I'm totally stumped.

    I highlighted the boxes one at a time and clicked the 'open in new tab' (in Properties) , applied and closed.... does not open in a new window.... (with preview). Should I upload to be able to check them out?

    BTW, I want to thank you for trying to help me. I have worked on this daily for two weeks... Xara hasn't gotten back to me with any fixes, which greatly disappoints me in them. They had been very helpful all these years.... sending me to the forum instead of dealing with this. But again, thank you for this help.

    The main variant works great.... The boxes open in a new window correctly after I uploaded the site.... That's an amazing feature.... I like very much. Thank you!

    Your site still open the links on the buttons in the same way for both Main and Variant.

    When we are talking about clearing the cache, have you done this to your phone as well as the browser your are developing with?

    Elsewhere you advised Xara said your links were fine so why would it send you "any fixes"? Have you tried another phone?

    What I am seeing in the HTML works:

    Previous Sermons (Variant):
    <a href="https://eldonnazarenefaith.sermoncloud.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" onclick="return(xr_nn());" ontouchstart="xr_mtch();">
    <img class="xr_rn_ xr_rnsp_ xr_ap" src="index_htm_files/18944.png" alt="Previous Sermons Here" title="" onmousemove="xr_mo(this,8,event)" style="left:50px;top:1144px;width:380px;height:179px;">
    </a>
    Previous Sermons (Main):
    <a href="https://eldonnazarenefaith.sermoncloud.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" onclick="return(xr_nn());" ontouchstart="xr_mtch();">
    <img class="xr_rn_ xr_rnsp_ xr_ap" src="index_htm_files/17143.png" alt="Previous Sermons Here" title="" onmousemove="xr_mo(this,0,event)" style="left:27px;top:1439px;width:379px;height:179px;">
    </a>
    Both links are to the same place and both open in a new window.

    Yes, we tried other phones and it does the same thing.... I emptied the cache on my phone.... no change.. The phone in Missouri where the church is has the same issue I do....??? Wow, this is confusing. So you do not have a problem opening them on the Mobile?

    BTW.... cleared the cache on the PC as well.....

    I think your main problem is you have chosen to use a Transition Website and that is is extremely frustrating to use on a phone as when you scroll to the bottom of the page it immediately jumps to the next.

    I would set your site to a (Conventional) Website so that all page links are to separate pages controlled through the Menu and not by scrolling.

    You can try a copy of your site HERE

    It works fine for me (very slow to load though, I don't know why).

    Let me know once you've tried it on a few phones/tablets and I'll delete it off my server.

    I'm not sure what you mean. Where would I change the site to 'conventional'? Are you referring to how the site goes from page to page with a transition?

    Songweaver, change the site to Website under Web Properties / Export / Transition Effect dropdown. It might be slightly different on your Xara application, but it should be simple to find.

    Egg, that was kind of you to upload to your server.
    The site is very slow as it is set as a transitional one so all the images have to be loaded in for the entire site, 12.5MB in all. The WowSlider usage is also causing problems as are the other widgets.

    I've had to remain at home for the past few days and soon ran out of meaningful work to do. Consequently, I became engrossed in fiddling with Songweaver's site.

    It started with...I'll just move these 3 pixels to the left, and ended up being a full re-write.

    My boredom results can be seen here >>> auzlink.net.au/eldon/index.htm <<<
