it's nothing to do with wireframing. I used the CSS Debugger option in my browser (Vivaldi has it built in; others are probably an Add-On 'CSS Debugger').
It doesn't matter what you see, it is what you can click.
If you click an item and it just closes or if you click the right-most edge of the last letter and it does then you know there is someting in that vicinity.
If after you successfully click to another page and all works after that then the something may be a copy of the menu with the wrong link values on top of the proper one.
Without you design, i can only report outcomes.
Check you don't have a double hamburger.
Also if I am getting this on a PC then the iPhone part is a red herring.
Clone the design file to a different name.
Delete the content of the Main pages but not the menu.
Even delete some complete pages (Main & Variant).
We don't need every page, just index and a couple more...
...your republished site seems to be working correctly.
Now you need to advise your client to purge their browser cache (Ctrl+F5) and recheck.

Another option we use on the Magix forum is upload that ZIP file to Google Drive (or any of the file-sharing services such as Dropbox) and post the link. You have to set the "sharing" to "anyone with the link".
When you/we have finished with the file, you delete it from the drive and it's gone forever.
Ahhh, well, if the republished site is working correctly then I guess there's nothing else I need to do. (Previously, even after clearing my browser cache, the site was working fine for me - desktop and Android phone... so I wasn't able to see any issues. I'm glad it is working now.) I will have my client check for themselves for their satisfaction. Thank you so much for taking the time to help. I really appreciate it! Thank you, Acorn.
