Xara <n> versions

I haven't used Xara software for ages it seems...

Xara X was my first purchase back in the day.

If someone could please help me:

- What was the first version to add support for multiple cores? I believe there was an update and you had to change a parameter in the Registry?
- What was the last version before website generation was added?
- If I remember correctly... There was a "dump file" (not sure of the right term) that could be retrieved from <somewhere> named <something> that could possible be used used if a file was corrupted due to an unexpected software crash.

I assume before you signed in you actually looked through the Forums and could see what the activity happened to be?
If so, you can answer your second Post yourself.

still think the right approach [for OP] is to look at which version bests suits what they are going to be using the program for

multicore support [as implemented by xara] may or may not help/hinder
as you know i don't do websites, but in the later versions at least never found that capability to get in the way of other things
