I like thistles. they tend to grow in the sort of terrain I like, rather than your 'english country garden'; and they have a lot of medicinal uses...

I like the way you do these posters

currently windows is serving me up logon pics of smiling animals; these have been photoshopped and it is a pet hate of mine; wild animals only 'smile' when they are stressed and it is best avoided; the homo sapiens smile is unique to the species

Great pic/poster. I like thistles too, they support quite a number of butterflies and other insects. Loads coming up around here, must be a good year for them.

Not to be controversial, but I think the text looks great!

If I had to comment, and I'm absolutely no typographer, I would say the extra bold was a bit overshadowing of the light text, in 'Poster I'.
