Retrying through the XDA, I finally got there!
http://downloadsv11.xara.com/web/catalog/index.html is now responding but glacially slow 10-20 seconds for a page, with some timing out still:



The reason for all this?
I wanted a quick access to the Clipart that Xara no longer offers in later versions.
Luck i already downloaded everything into my local Cache.
