    Default Traditional Spiral

This image was made by blending two rectangles along a spiral path. I don't think this can be done with an art brush.

Gary, could you provice your blend construction.

If I see how you did what you did, I will have an Art Brush go.

Acorn - This would produce even circles that taper. I reduced the tonal range on your fill to minimize the amount distortion.

On my image I have blended two linear filled rectangles so the spiral also comes forward.

It is possible to combine two or more linear fills to create a brush that goes both ways. I have used two gradient fills with the Repeating Till fill option.

Practice is good. All that activity is just the result of the two repeating linear fills.

I've also learned over the 25 years I have spent making these images that often less depth is better than extremes of depth.

Those are the two linear fills I used to make the art brush. I just added them so you can see what they look like in terms of the depth for the stereogram.

The two rectangles also appear on the depth image.
