    Hi,
I have seen that several times XARA X when export an image as BMP or GIF create white borders.

To resolve the problem I put an box of same color of the image that I want export back image.

In this way I solve the problem...but this method is very slow.

    Have you any different suggestion??

    Thanks

Post you xar file for overview.

Switch to wireframe mode and check your objects group edges. Some effects use invisible shapes, may be that shapes get white border. If invisible shape oversize - trim it. 8-)

When you export an image, export the image in pixels and in even pixel amounts.

When your image is not in even pixel amounts, even though it may be in even other unit (Inches, etc.) amounts, Xara anti-aliases (smoothes the edges) the image to the background color (white) and this is what causes the white border.

Placing a colored rectangle beneath the objects to be exported and not selecting it, as you have discovered is another way to eliminate the white border.
