Phillip,
Your site: http://www.philiphowells.co.uk/
I can see you changed the Navbar, but that the site stays to the left side of the browser. You have a published Xara error that can seen when you inspect the site (in Chrome right-click inspect).
To resolve the issue:
(1) can you confirm that this issue exists when you locally preview your site? Can you confirm when you republished your site (assume last night) whether Fast Publish was checked or unchecked?
(2) it should be relatively simple to find the problem - easiest way in this instance is to copy your index page, paste it into a new Xara file and upload it by reply (to do so reply with Go Advanced, scroll down to Manage Attachments and upload your .web or .xar file).
What I assume you expect to see is something like this :https://initiostar.co.uk/demo/ph/ I can provide you with the Navbar example should you want to use it - it uses named colours so you can change the colours, as well as the links and fonts easily. It is a standard Xara Navbar structure, only the text stays as text so it does not become blurry when magnified.
Not sure what Xara version you have, but if > v16 you can use Export Options and Scale-to-fit-Width (which I have done in the example). It should read OK on a tablet, but tight on a mobile.
