Default How do I raise a support ticket?

It's probably me but every link I following for support takes me to the Magix Community forum. I don't want the forum I want Magix support. Can anyone help with that please?

    https://www.magix.com/gb/support/

is the support uk - you should be able to change that with the globe icon top right if it does not do it automatically if you are elsewhere

I still end up in the same place. All roads end in generic questions and answers. I can't find any option to raise a ticket.

no they do not make it easy for you

    try here:

    https://www.magix.info/us/support/interview/

you will need to log in if you are not already

then just go through the questions until you get to the point at which you can submit a ticket

as I recall that was what I did last time, but it was for a non-xara product

    tiresome

if there is a quicker way i do not know of it

I think that's going to work. I decided to try and flummox the computer by searching on 'highslide' and as there is no standard answer I get to raise a ticket! Thank you.

i downloaded the pro+ trial yesterday... early days but so far I rather like it... and you know, not having any more to do with magix is a big bonus, I could look on the annual cost as a sort of combination of upgrades and meaningful suipport - with the discount, pro+ is about 200 GBP per year [but see below], I could pay more than that just to get support from some software companies... and like acorn says, it is about the same as the annual update from magix when the discount is applied

little mention on TG of the fact you can sub pro+ on a monthly basis - I guess for ongoing website maintenance that is of little help, but if you work project by project it is an option [just as it is with adobe, as I did last year]

EDIT - with the discount that is 100 GBP a year approx, even better
