Well, I say 'problem' but, this is probably a new feature much desired by the experts.
But, not by me!
So, I'm hoping there's a fix or a registry tweak to turn it OFF.
What am I talking about?
If I draw an object, then rotate it, say 45 degree. All is well so far.
When I select the object again, the 'Angle of Rotation' window shows the angle the object was rotated by (45 degrees).
I don't want Xara to do that. I want it to show 0 degrees.
XDP11 didn't do it, or any other versions before that.
I may not have rotated the object an exact amount. I may have rotated it by hand a certain amount.
And now I want to rotate it just a little bit more. When I select the object, there is now the previous rotated value and it might be 48.93.
Now, to rotate it just a bit more, say .18 - I now need to add the .18 to 48.93 and enter that new value.
I may and quite often do need to keep adding bit by bit, until I get the rotation correct.
PLEASE, someone tell me that this can be turned back to the way XDP11 worked.
In the attached picture, I've rotated the square 45 degrees. De-selected it and re-selected it again. And you can see that the Angle of Rotation window shows 45 degree. I would like it to show 0 degrees.
Hope that made sense and thanks for reading all the post, if you did!
