Corel10 upgrade $50 off till March 15

I just got a "Final Upgrade Notice" from Corel. I can upgrade to Corel10 & get $50 off, but I must do it before March 15th.
Will Corel10 be worth getting by that time?
Will I also be able to get Patches by then to correct all the bugs?
What's a Corel die-hard to do?? So much pressure. Where's my prozac?
