A really good example of this idiocy ... I purchased XP&GD15 and found that the smart transform really crippled it. But that was fixed during my Update service period. However I decided not to renew, and had to replace my office laptop. On reinstalling I once again had to revert to the original V15.0 - complete with crippled smart transform, which meant that I now have to use V10 to be productive. DESPITE Kate's earlier assurance (on this forum) that BUG FIXES would be looked on as individual cases, I don't believe that this has ever happened. As far as I'm concerned the Smart Transform was a BUG, and should have been treated as such. Having to revert to V10 to get round it, is just bad.
I'm not even worried about losing version 16. However, it would have been nice, since I bought V15 to have reverted to AT LEAST the last patched revision of the version that I purchased.
