    Question: How did you allow for inside margins or did the printer's software take care of that?

    This and the imposition is done in the RIP (Raster Image Processor)-Software.

    That's what I thought. So, a follow-up question: Then why did you use a single page for the first page and double pages for the rest?

    I just finished a new novel for my wife. About 224 pages, 8.5" square with a few dozen photos and did it all in one file. It actually worked out pretty OK.

    I have no idea how you do ornate simplicity so easily. My stuff would either be ornate OR simple. I learn so much from you!
