Marco, unless I have been asleep, there is still no v16.1. It is still Xara Designer Pro X 16.0.0.55162 DL x64 Oct 9 2018.

That is 147 days ago into a 365 day update service for those who bought on in v16 release.

Ver 16.1 not yet here afaik but due 'very shortly'

It is interesting how other vendors operate.
I have Pinegrow and in the same period I just mentioned, there have been 5 version updates including a major release. At the same time following these, there have been bug fix releases within days.
I am still searching for the optimal cross-over pint in using the strengths of both applications together.

well had a look at the xdpx ver 16.1 stated to be march 4th 2019 [program date line actually feb 14th] on the xara site:

can't see any difference to the way line preview works to version 15.1, so unless this is a web only thing I must be missing something.. if it is just a preview of uniform width change not much of a deal for me anyhow

more to the point, paste size still crops bitmaps rather than resize - if youre only doing one you can unclip, but if you are doing lots in one go you have to now do this one by one - what is the rationale behind changing a useful feature by removing an equally useful one, rather than just adding the new one?

how exectly does the line preview work - and what happens if you have your mouse wheel set to zoom?

and is the crop bitmap when pasting size deliberate?

Scroll your mousewheel directly over the line or shape outline.

We haven't made any changes to bitmap cropping in 16.1 so I'm just asking about this.
