smart photo grid in the cloud

nope, no locks, no restrictions, nothing.
When I try to load a grid in the cloud itself, as soon as I try to resize or move it, the program freezes, needing to refresh and after that, that grid also is not responding to anything.

So....I will be having to contact them I'm afraid..... Was hoping it was something easy I could do to fix it.
