Go to https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/
Login
Click My products
Scroll to Web Designer Premium and click Show more details
There should be two devices listed. Click Deactivate at the one you don't need.
Click Save changes
that assumes you have version 12 or later
your profile shows ver 7 - if that is the version you are referring to you may have to contact support to get your activation count reset
