Adding caption to a photo

My second posting today - apologies for being so ignorant with Xara Web Designer but it is causing me a lot of frustration - eg still can't see how to do what I want with the earlier posting ("Photography Website") despite spending most of today working on it!

To make me feel even more hopeless, I have tried to add captions to photos in two different types of photo grids - and guess what, no matter what I do no captions show up. My process - clicked on the grid to go into edit view - then clicked on one photo - selected web properties - typed in an image caption and applied - but caption doesn't come up when in preview mode. What simple thing am I missing?

Hi,

Is it the caption when pop-up photo is enabled or when you hover your mouse over an image?

If it's when you pop-up an image, under Web Properties > Images > Options > Show image Title should show it under the photo.

If it's when hovering over the image, try right-clicking > Web Animations > Mouse-over > pop-up text:
