I would like to somehow correspond please... The ticket number is (indirectly) #LLU-112-84140. It was partially answered last Friday, which I appreciate. My follow-ups since then on the unanswered portion have not yet yielded a response. Perhaps it's an internal office matter that awaits a reply from higher up divisions first. Hopefully that answer has reached the support desk by now though.
Xara has responded and effectively. I am satisfied and glad to be a longstanding Xara customer. :-)
