Workspace for creating illustrations within SVG Tiny 1.2 specification

Hi All,
Recently just upgraded to Xara Photo & Graphics 365.

A software development project requires me to produce SVG illustrations compliant with SVG Tiny 1.2 standard and after reading about all new features in XPG365, I keep wondering if now it's possible to create (and share) custom workspaces for creating graphics and illustrations for specific purposes like SVG Tiny 1.2 specification:

According to Adobe, SVG Tiny does not support gradients, transparency, clipping, symbols, patterns, masks, underline text, strike through text, vertical text, or SVG filter effects.
I made the same question to Xara Support, but probably, many Designers in this forum have asked this same question.

I think Inkscape handles custom workspaces, all for free, for SVG as it is is native format.
Whether it accommodates SVG Tiny 1.2, I don't know.
