ss-kalm - I am quite sure I gave them the correct email address. I always make sure of that. I actually received the automated acknowledgement from the ticket system after I opened the ticket so that proves that at least the ticket system has the correct email address to respond to. I'm giving them every benefit of the doubt and will wait a day or so until their bank holiday is over. This forum has been solid and gives me hope. Thanks again.
