Xara Designer Pro X365 It is not x64

I think that Xara Designer Pro X365 It is not x64.
I have a laptop - 16 GB ram, 512 GB SSD, i7 4810, NVIDIA Quadro K2100M
I have installed Xara Designer Pro X365 x64.
When I tried to do with the photo vector Xara is blocked and slowly performed my command. I have a question - for what Xara does not use all memory ram? Scren it shows - this use of memory is typical for 32-bit programs.
I bought a new laptop specifically to work in Xara - unfortunately hardware change nothing changed because further program runs very slowly.
When the problem is solved?

ps. Screen was made when Xara upcycle image to vector. For several minutes Xara was blocked.

I think what jangok means is that the 64-bit version of XDP 365 is not much better than the 32-bit version.

which in some respects is true because of the limitations of the code

for instance there is a maximum size for a bitmap - no such limitation in affinity photo, or photoshop.. or if there is I haven't found it yet....

I'm sure the 64 bit version. That's why I think Xara x64 is not well designed by programmers. Where to limit the bitmap? Actually, there are no limitations in Adobe software - they work faster.

I believe the code for this program was created some time ago, my guess is close to 20 years. So improvements and modifications have been made to the existing code.

At some point, Xara is going to have to start from scratch and redesign the product.
