I'm currently working on a recruitment consultant website, if anyone knows of a tool to use for posting jobs on the website (I don't want it to integrate with any external job boards) I'm all ears.

Stuart - At the very bottom of the page the Designed by (which is way too large, IMHO) is cut off. Have a look at that and you probably want to extend the bottom of the page.

I like the clean professional look of the site.
