    Default Image optimization

I am putting my portfolio together for my new website. I am making thumbnails and want to know what is the best quality output to insert it into xara? jpg or png knowing that when I output xara for the web the images are going to be re-sampled from what I have placed. I want to keep the best possible image clarity. Any help would be appreciated.

You can select from PNG or JPEG when you optimize an image and that is how it will publish. Also True Color + Alpha.

Thanks Gary, I assume this is the same as when exporting and saving to the disk?

I think so. Try it and export to a folder on your desktop. Then open the index_html_files folder and verify the file type.
