Live efects in Page & layout Designer 11

I can't find live effects in Xara Page & layout Designer 11.
For example, I used "Television: PSPlugin.PSTool/Alien Skin Xenofer 2"
in one file in year 2008 in trial version.

in 2008 there was no page and layout designer

what you need, probably, is photo and graphic designer, which has lve effects

note: there is no guarantee that the live effects in the current version are the same as they were then

I am not sure, but maybe in 2008 the program had different name, but it was vector drawing program, sure.

By the way, as you see in the head of this message, I have no PMs (pre menstrual syndrome) today.
