At this point, the Dear Xara string here went way OT with concentration on Affitiy Designer's features for type, and nothing to do with Xara's fututre type features, at least the concensus of the Mods is so.

Feel free to discuss how Xara can be improved by following an example in Affinity Desgner, or Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape, et al, here.

We are all for self-expression, at least within the limits of civility, but we also need to self-maintain the order of thread or no one will be able to find anything.
