Not 100% certain.
Alter Eclipse has mostly the right characters. Some are slightly/subtly shaped differently The only way it actually comes close is by compressing the text strings considerably. After that, it needs the tracking adjusted heavily to space out to be like your screen shot--but this was also done with that font as no font designer would have that much space between characters in a font that thin.
Here's Alter Eclipse that I compressed horizontally (though not quite enough to match), and added tracking.

Thanks. The style is closely similar but not it yet. But for now can use it as a replacement.

The original may well have been made with a particular narrow font, then converted to curves and the letters with the filled in area is made by releasing the compound paths and what was the hole (called a counter) is deleted, which leaves behind the original character with the hole area solid.
So if this isn't for much more than a headline or the like, it can be made with any font. But for typing much text, the above is as close as I can find.
